Our team
Andreas Psathas – Certified Real Estate Valuer
Andreas Psathas is a PhD Candidate in the School of Architecture, a Diplomate in Rural and Surveying Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and a Certified Real Estate Valuer, member of the of the Ministry of Finance. He has participated in several scientific unions and committees while he is a member of the Assembly Presidium of Technical Chamber of Greece (2013), and a member of the Scientific Committee of Expert Witnesses and Real Estate Valuers (2015). He has worked in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) as Land Easement and Acquisition Manager for EON Technologies. He was the Editor of the Assessment of the Investment Project in the Hellenikon Metropolitan Park, one of the Europe’s biggest Real Estate Project, on behalf of National Chamber of Greece (2013-2014). From August 2007 until August 2013 he was a member of the Body of Sworn-in Valuers of Greece, and he participated as an expert in the major road concession projects (Ionia Odos, Moreas, E65, PATHE), in other co-financed projects (Kasteli airport) and in the estimation of the property of several Real Estate Investment Companies.
James Panagos – Consultant in real estate development, Architect, City Planner, Value Engineer
James Panagos was born and educated in the USA, is a highly accomplished Architect and a respected consultant in real estate development and management. Employed by multiple international firms, mainly involved in large scale projects throughout the Middle East and NATO facilities internationally. His expertise also includes construction, supervision, project management, consultancy on technical and contractual matters, targeted real estate promotion and development. He has been involved in major projects such as private residences, apartment blocks, residential complexes, office buildings, government and institution buildings, multipurpose and commercial centers, convention halls, hotels and restaurants, retails and warehouses, institutions for disabled people etc.
From a career that spans over 40 years, below is an indicative list of some of his major projects:
Collaboration with Frank Parsons- J&P Paraskevaides, Technical consultant for the Greek Government, Collaboration with Frank E. Basil Inc. – Design of a variety of military buildings in Saudi Arabia, Collaboration with Benbassat & Sporidis Co.-Design of various buildings for military bases in Greece, Resident architect in Bahrain responsible for the design of various buildings, including the renovation of the old “Sheik Hamad Palace”, Design of buildings and facilities for Brega New Town in Libya, as well as in the design of significant projects which were awarded in international competitions. Design of military facilities in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with Frank E. Basil Inc. in Athens. Design of Spec high rise office buildings and hotels.
Dimitrios Patouchas – Civil Engineer
Dimitrios Patouchas is a professional civil engineer with an extensive background in the construction industry in more than 15 years of experience in the engineering field. His expertise is in construction supervision, engineering surveying and earthworks.
He has been involved in major projects such as Doha Metro Red Line South, Doha Qatar, New Orbital Highway, Doha Qatar, Motorway Project “EKPPT’’ Greece, EUROIONIA motorway project.
Konstantinos Patouchas – Civil Engineer – Value Engineer
Konstantinos Patouchas has a diverse professional experience in the private sector that includes construction supervision, project management, interior design for both commercial and domestic renovations and as a property estimator. He has been involved in highly specialized projects, such as the renovation of a mega yacht at Blohm+Voss Ship Yard Hamburg Germany, in the construction of the Bridge Rion – Antirrion, and in high profile public EU funded projects.
In the public sector he has served as a civil engineer in the Department of Byzantine Archaeology of the Prefecture of Etoloakarnania & Lefkada Island of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Greece and as a privileged strategic and technical advisor for the Mayor’s office of the Municipality of Nafpaktia, Greece for urban planning, city design, code issues, development and coordination.
