A trademark of a company is what distinguishes and differentiates products or services from the products and services of other companies and is an asset of the company.
The registration of the trademark entitles the holder to an exclusive right, in particular to the right to use it, to affix it to the products which is intended to distinguish, to characterize the services provided, to affix it to the wrap and packaging of goods, to the postal paper, on invoices, price lists, advertisements, all kinds of advertisements, as well as in other printed material and to use it in electronic or audiovisual media.
Depending on the geographical land that a company wishes its trademark to be protected, it can register its trademark in Greece (National Trademark), Europe (European Union Trademark) or worldwide (International Trademark).
